Visiting hour.
All stitched up, now just dealing with the boredom of a couple of days in hospital. These two showed up this morning which took my mind off my foot for a while and made me laugh.
Just wanna say thanks to all the messages of support I’ve been getting. It’s made the whole thing a lot less painful. Cheers, guys.

That was a mean injury but don’t let this take you down buddy… Someone told me once that everything happens for a reason. This sucks but you gotta take your time and take care of that foot.
You’ll be back soon and stronger than ever. We all know how much effort you put last year and this year and how much you deserve that title. Its gonna be yours when its time.

that sucks mate….that gash is one of the best i’ve seen. best of luck for recovery….looks like you’ll be on crutches for a bit i’d say….you might have to get yourself a ride on electric wheelchair to do some donuts in the snapper carpark.
